This Privacy Policy explains how Odigo Real Estate Club ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit odigotechpackage.com, fill out one of our forms (including Meta/Facebook and Instagram lead forms), or contact us by phone, text, or email.

Information we collect

Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, and what you tell us about your plans, such as whether you're buying, selling, or both, your price range, timeline, preferred areas, and whether you're preapproved.
Meta lead forms: when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the answers you submitted along with your contact details. Meta's own handling of your data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API: this site uses the Meta Pixel (ID 367162691628570) and may use Meta's Conversions API. These tools send Meta information such as the pages you view, actions you take (for example, submitting a form), your IP address, browser and device information, and, for form submissions, hashed (encrypted) contact details. We use this to measure our ads and to show ads to people who have visited our site. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
Cookies and analytics: we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the site (for example, Google Analytics). This can include IP address, browser type, referring page, pages viewed, and time on site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well without them. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiry and provide real estate services you ask about.
To send you information you requested, such as home lists, market updates, or guides.
To follow up by email, phone, or text, consistent with the consent you gave. Some first replies may be drafted or sent with automated or AI-assisted tools, and a licensed broker follows up personally.
To measure and improve our website and advertising.
To meet legal, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations.

How we share information

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, website hosting, email, CRM, scheduling, and advertising platforms), who may use it only to provide services to us; with our brokerage, REAL Brokerage, as required for licensing and compliance; with others involved in your transaction (such as a lender, escrow, or title company) when you ask us to or your transaction requires it; and when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety. If our business is merged or sold, information may transfer as part of that transaction under this policy.

Text messages (SMS) and calls

If you check the box to receive texts, you agree that Odigo Real Estate Club may send text messages and calls about real estate services to the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by calling (425) 409-3823 or emailing [email protected].

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data is shared only with providers needed to deliver our messages, or when required by law.

Email unsubscribe

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply "unsubscribe" or email [email protected], and we will stop marketing emails. We may still send messages about an active transaction you are part of.

Washington My Health My Data Act

We do not collect, use, share, or sell consumer health data as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373). Please do not send us health information through our forms or messages.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us below.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: lead and inquiry records generally for up to 3 years after our last contact, and transaction records for as long as Washington real estate licensing law and our brokerage require (generally at least 3 years after closing). Website and ad analytics data is kept under the retention settings of those tools. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices: access, correction, and deletion

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] or call (425) 409-3823 with your name and the email or phone number you used. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within 45 days. We may keep information we are legally required to retain. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as listing portals and social networks. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
